How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage is the best book I have ever read other than the Bible. I wish I had it before my marriage ended. If God's Word says it, it is truth! So many books, even 'christian' books come with the authors' perspective on things. This book is what God says! I would rather listen to Him than anyone else!!
I posted an online prayer request in one of my darkest days. I was desperate. Not a whole lot has changed in my marriage situation, but I have changed.
I wish I could go back and not try to find out and understand what was happening based on what others in the world said. Even those that I turned to were wise believers, they were in the Word. I thought I was getting biblical advise. Please realize, just because someone is a christian, if they have not been in this situation, they most likely have never search the Word or asked God for guidance regarding marriage troubles. I have always known that if you need guidance, go to someone who has been there. Someone who has no children can not give advice on raising children. Someone who has never had their spouse leave can not give restoration advice. Stay focused. Do not listen to anyone but God!

I would say it gives you hope since sometimes people don't know what the bible says or how to pray for wisdom and this definitely opens a door to them. To hunger for the Lord and His wisdom, it's like a rain from God, to have His word and what we need to hear in moments of dispair.
I was the most contentious woman ever and to top it all off i had commited adultery more than once. And still i thought my husband was to blame for leaving me. To think about it is a shame to me; i had just about hit rock bottom and i left God as my very last resource, since i knew i would end up depressed because my husband was my idol and him being gone just about broke me and led me to seek the Lord in tears until He led me to this website and that was like a rain in the desert.
I would like you to know that God wants to bless you and that there is hope in His eternal love. But only if you seek Him with
all of your heart. Love Him above anything else and He will show you how much He loves you.

Firstly I would emphasise the fact that we all need to get closer to God before we can even think of getting closer to our EH. there is no easy way around this . Your relationship with your first love has to be put right first .By getting to know Him and His word you will soon find the basic principles applies to everyone that what God has put together may no man put asunder.
Hopeless as far as I was concerned because I've been divorced for 13 years and I was the one that committed the adultery and left the home. There is no contact yet between myself and my FH but I know God is working !!!! These resources proved to me that I am the wife of my EH youth and I am no longer a adulteress as long as I reunite and Remarry my FH. PTL
Hi the most encouraging principle I learnt is that you are bound as long as you live to your husband and the only way you can be free to remarry is if your husband is deceased and you are a widow and the person you marry is a widower . Otherwise you are a adulteress. So now seek restoration and be adulteress no more.
