I just completed reading probably for the 3rd time, the very last lesson l journaled last year. It’s from MM Moving Mountains Course Chapter 9 “Feelings” on the Loveatlast site.
Before l continued journaling the next lesson l quickly went back to read for a quick recap and I’m really glad that l did!!
We as women deal with so many feelings throughout our day. Sometimes it’s so hard to trust and have faith even though we KNOW that we must!! What this particular lesson reminded me of was the scripture that faith moves mountains.
Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20-21
My praise is that it was definitely what l needed to hear because l have been struggling with a rollercoaster of feelings, up and down.
Now l can just settle it not to base what could be the outcome of my situation on what l feel but to take those feelings and turn it into excitement. As the lesson says there’s a fine line between fear and excitement 🤩I hope you will come and read this lesson especially if you struggle with your feelings 🤗🙏 There’s no need to feel down, depressed, worried or insecure… im naming a few but theres so many feelings we feel as women 🙏 when we can base our feelings on God’s word His promises to us instead!!
Trust in the Lord and do not lean on your own understanding let’s replace understanding with ‘feelings’.
“Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who carries out wicked schemes. Cease from anger and forsake wrath; do not fret; it leads only to evildoing. For evildoers will be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD, they will inherit the land. Yet a little while and the wicked man will be no more; and you will look carefully for his place and he will not be there. But the humble will inherit the land and will delight themselves in abundant prosperity” (Psalm 37:1–11).
You concluded with one of my absolute favorite promises, Atarah thank you so much. I miss this when I posted it seems to have gotten buried. Hopefully this will bring it into the light so others can be blessed as well.
