Hello, my dearest bride. I once was just like you, very sad or angry all the time. It came from a lot of things, but one of them was being molested when I was a child. I did not know at the time that is what caused me this anger, but when I opened myself up to the Lord and He became my all and started healing me, I realized how much baggage I took into my marriage and that was what was causing a lot of the anger. I looked to my husband to make me happy but he could not and that made me even more angry.
Only once I found the Lord, did I realize that it was only Him that could heal me and help me forgive.

Dear bride.
Please always remember you are more precious than diamonds to our Heavenly Father. He wants you, as you are, broken, helpless. All you have to do is reach out to Him.
I always like to go back to How God can and will restore your marriage, 4: Various Trials. At the end of this chapter, there’s a reference to trials and tribulations. I medidate on these and I read Psalms and Proverbs over and over again.
I pray that you will start feeling His healing hands on you. Don’t forget that you are not alone in this. I’ve felt at times that there’s no one, but once you let go and let God, so many things will change in your life. He is always there.
