I have a praise report. I was in a line at the store, and there was a couple talking and the woman was backbiting the man with her.. I began to chat with her, but during the chat she began to be so nasty to her husband. She was a contentious woman.
It was so hard to hear. He would reluctantly say, "Ok" and the more he did that the more contentious she became. She would say, "Well you didn’t do this, well you didn’t do that" and she was not embarrassed at all by talking like that to him. Sad to say, her voice was so irritating, and it was not a good look to disrespect her husband in that way at all! It was loud in the grocery store! Man, I didn’t want that to ever be me!! The lady told me she was a Christian!

I told her gently, Sister, you really should not talk about him like that, he is your husband! He’s there for you, he is taking care of you and your children, the bible says you are to respect your husband. I felt God leading me to tell her about the fellowship and about the book. I said God can change you if you want Him to, God wants us as women to have a meek and quiet spirit and to show respect to our husbands. I told her that our husbands are our authority, and when we go out of that God placed authority, we are in bad territory. So she started to stop complaining about him for a few seconds. (Reluctantly)
I asked her if she would like to meet for coffee about it, and I told her about RMI and the resources. I told her respectfully and kindly, that she was tearing down her own family with her own hands!
She wanted the book and purchased it. I was so encouraged by that I wanted to tell her more. I told her that God can help for all relationships, and that we are the builders of our home. That we should look to the ways of our household, and that the law of kindness be on our tongue.

Oh my Azariah!!! How absolutely wonderful and sweet of you to share the resources having other women that are coming here in your heart and mind to share. Any and ALL of what you shared is life-changing. I have read and done many of these courses and its been nothing but a blessing for me too!! \o/
This morning I went for a 5km walk with a friend that I introduced to the Wise Woman and we were also discussing how as women we don’t even realise how we speak to our spouse and even our loved ones. She was telling me she was so shocked at how her sister spoke to her husband being very domineering and mentioned it to her husband how shocked she was and he told her ‘but you are the same way’. She said it definitely was a wake up call for her.
But the wonderful thing is that none of us here are perfect.. We are all here on our RJ Restoration Journey and as long as our hearts are open and we are always Seeking the Lord about it HE will lead and guide us so that we can all find the Abundant Life He died to give us.

I am so enjoying the video series that I did not know was on here. I am back in New Jersey my native state, and I hadn’t been around my family members in quite some time. One of the videos was Erin, used by the Holy spirit, to beg people to forgive others, and however nasty they become, be forgiving. She cried on the video, and it was so heart felt, it made me cry too! I had such a good cry! I cried on my way to repentance! one thing I also learned was the scripture “who can forgive but God? Tht took all the weight out of things because I knew I couldn’t for hurts I’ve had since childhood! But now I know who can forgive and that is God! So I go to the master! I asked him because I told Him I could not. I began to see people in a different light! Also the book of Job is excellent to help with the lowering of your pride! To remind myself who I am in the scheme of things! I am so blessed and grateful to our father who brought me here. All praise and glory to Him!!

I thought I was a minister in training, but I applied only and have not gotten an official ok for that. I love the resources and believe in them because they helped me and were used as a bridge to the Lord, and they helped in my time of need. I dont mind getting a blessing if someone decides to buy one of the books, because its not going to do anything but bless them. What a joy! So at this point I don’t know if I am a minister in training, I have been doing the first thing which is the PS123 and doing my bible reading, before I move on to the second step which is ministry commitments. There is so much to learn about this and I am excited about what God is doing in my life. I hope you can explain more for us newbies. And yes I would like to be an affiliate, but maybe I am a minister in training? I’ve applied and started the courses?
