| God pls forgive my sin as I had done many wrongs to cause my family to break apart. I was a contentious woman who tore down my family with my mouth. My husband of 28 yrs had been a very good husband but I didn't appreciate him, now I'm devastated to lose him. I'm willing to do anything to change myself to be more like you Lord, and seek your kingdom, follow your will, and if it's your will pls restore my family. I would give anything to have my family restored. God pls hear my cry for I'm weary from this trauma. I pray and pray that one day I would see my family happy again together. Pls forgive me Father and help me thru this trial as I'm exhausted and weary. |

My eh and I have been together 26 years. He left and there was also OW involved. When my husband left, he told me he loved me but wasn’t “in-love” with me anymore and he filed for divorce. I was devastated. The night before the first court date (I wasn’t planning on attending) my husband came and spent the night and slept through the hearing.

Dear Precious sister, when l spoke to the Lord asking Him what does He want me to share with you He reminded me of the time when my eh was living with the ow, like you l was also contentions and had to face up to what l had done to breakdown my marriage. At my most desperate l would go to a takeaway close to my work every morning for a cup of coffee and l would read Psalm 40 over and over again, it gave me comfort.
“He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him.”
Later on l read about the Psakm & Proverbs 30 day reading plan https://encouragingwomen.org/psalms-proverbs/. This helped me soooo much it soothed me and took away the terror and fear l felt.

What also helped me was to read the devotions daily especially the My Beloved devotion. What turned things around and what gave me back my joy was reading Prison to Praise where l learned the principle of praise.
I have shared a lot but take it slow, read your Bible, the devotions… Write down every scripture that brings you peace on 3 x 5 cards, when the suicidal, fearful thoughts come use Gods word as a weapon. Go into your prayer closet and read the scriptures, meditate on them. In time you will experience peace beyond understanding ❤️💖❤️
