I have been pondering all afternoon whether I should share it but I really can’t skip an opportunity to praise the Lord.
EH has been refusing to be intimate with me. Knowing how much intimacy means to him, this hurt me a lot and for a while, I was praying about it and finally got my answer.
I was watching Erin’s video 6 in the past 2 days and this was addressed. She said if EH does not want intimacy with me, it’s God’s protection. I remember hearing it in the car and thought to myself, here, there’s your answer.
Today in EH’s bathroom (he is still living home at the moment), I found a feminine anti-itch cream. I know it’s not for my little ones and I didn’t purchase it, so it’s for EH. I can’t know for sure and I don’t plan to ask him about it. But I believe this is another way God answered my prayer.
Praise the Lord for answering my prayer and for his protection! To some extent, for me it’s “and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Gioia I’m so glad that you did come to post this praise. Yes not an easy subject but when we are looking for answers then we must ask Him and He is faithful to help us find those answers.

Thank you for sharing how He protected you Gioia! Sometimes we do not understand why things happen, but we must trust that He has a reason and He knows things we do not know or understand. We must just always hold on to Him through everything.
