So one of the things I always did was read the Restored Marriage Testimonies. While I was reading I would always do a check of what the woman did. I would do a mental checklist in my mind to see if I had read the books she mentioned, if I was practicing the principles she mentioned and if I had done the courses she mentioned… This kept me moving forward!

What a good idea to make sure you mentally made note of what the others were doing and the principles that were working in their lives. I am a list maker because it takes a while for things to stick in my mind mentally 😁 but either way I like the concept.
Hahaha ya.. At the time it meant so much to me to have my marriage restored… But then it got easier to live out those principles and then l was able to just let go and let God 🙏 It was a good start to my RJ restorion journey 😘

Awh, thank you for the reminder Atarah, yes I would read the WOT books daily, I bought the eBook packet at that stage and read them, making mental notes, looking for similarities in my journey, what they did that helped them and changed their situations around. And two principles stand out: LET GO and becoming His Bride. Letting go might not be so easy, but becoming His Bride was so easy, and that made the letting go easy and without any pain!
