Dear Beloveds, we all struggle with negative thoughts, it’s always good to start each day off encouraged so that we are able to take negative thoughts captive making sure we:

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. P4:8

Be sure to speak to Him about any negative thoughts and feeling 🙏 I’m always surprised at how He is able to create in me a pure heart and give me back my joy when negative thoughts try to overwhelm me.

  1. Oh yes Isabella! the thankfulness therapy is a great for if you feeling depressed, sad, negative thoughts. Practising thankfulness is definitely a way to turn those negative thoughts around to thankfulness an gratefulness

    1. This is the way I LIVE… all day and all night my thoughts are on what He’s done and how He blesses me and it’s what I’m continually saying to Him. I’m constantly hearing from people who are around me how I’m always happy—but how else could we be as His bride when gratitude for everything is what we think about and end up talking about? What a way to live!! I want every woman to live like this!!
