Hello ladies, In Seeking the Lord asking Him what He wants me to share. I felt He was showing me that it is only fitting that I share about our very 1st Wise Woman Retreat that happened here in Cape Town SA over the weekend.
To understand WHY this is such a HUGE praise let me share some background. A few years ago I spent some time with Yvonne, another Bride here in South Africa and at the time we spoke about the desire of our hearts for more women here in South Africa to know about the Hope that we received so that they too can live their Abundant Lives.
At that time He gave us this scripture as a promise:
1 Kings 18:44 MSG
And sure enough, the seventh time he said, “Oh yes, a cloud! But very small, no bigger than someone’s hand, rising out of the sea.” “Quickly then, on your way. Tell Ahab, ‘Saddle up and get down from the mountain before the rain stops you.’”
I very specifically prayed for women that would have a heart to share the resources and material that helped us but more than anything else for them to come to know HIM as their HH.
And HE has been ever faithful! I met Keziah on the Standers FB Group that lives in Cape Town who did and had such a heart for other women that she organised the Retreat with a help of 3 other women who also started reading the resources and came to know HIM as their HH! Over the weekend we experienced His refreshing rains and soon we will experience the downpour of women coming to know Him as it says in:
1 Kings 18:44
And at the seventh time the servant said, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is coming up from the sea.” And Elijah said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot and go down, so that the rain shower does not stop you.’”
Over this weekend many women learned one of the most important principles. That He is our First Love, to put Him 1st and to go to Him with every question, hurt, disappointment because only HE can bring healing to our lives. At this retreat it was not only women seeking marriage restoration but there were women with different hurts and problems, trials looking for answers.
The amazing thing is that I am not the one that organised this weekend or did anything really because He made it happen, He brought women into my life that also have a heart for other women to know HIM!
We encouraged the women to come and share their praises here on the blog so I will end off saying that I am trusting that many will come here to share their praise so that we can hear first hand about the wonderful things our Beloved did in their lives!
I also want to finally say that the one thing that stood out at this WW Retreat is that we ended off the weekend with so much love in our hearts for each other being in one accord and unity through His love that He gave each one of us!
Philippians 2:2 “then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.”
If you have not read or done the Wise Woman course especially if you are at the beginning of your journey then I would truly recommend it. The retreat schedule was organised in such a way by the Cape Town team that 7 Chapters were shared out of the Wise Woman book and then they gave each woman time to go off and be alone with their HH to journal. Many women expressed their gratitude saying that they now have the “tools” they need to become Wise Woman and to work on their relationship with the Lord putting Him 1st.
I am so in awe of what He did, for all the healing that took place! It was so lovely to meet all of you in person and all the ladies that came to the retreat. It was very special and the alone time with our HH. Everything that was shared out of the Wise Women book was so insightful. I left there a changed person!
I believe this retreat was the start of something big in South Africa.
I completely agree l keep feeling in my spirit that this was just the start… l don’t know what HH has planned but it’s BIG and I’m sitting back looking forward to see what He is going to do!!!
Yes Janine, I also feel this is the beginning of something BIG. The small cloud is already getting bigger! \o/\o/\o/\o/
Thank you so much Atarah. It was an amazing weekend and I know just the beginning of what He has planned. Again I want to thank all the ladies that had a part in arranging this, but today He is leading me to say thank you to all the ladies that attended. Good Day Ladies… Everytime today when I come online to type… My tears just start rolling…. Tears of absolute joy…. I am at loss for words…. I am silent… I am in awe…. Today like I said to team I am Basking in the Goodness and Faithfullness of our Heavenly Husband….. I am completely humbled to be a vessel….. All the many Praises I have in my heart will come out… But for now I am really resting in God, spending time with him alone as I give this day as Thanksgiving to HH for our 1st WW Retreat here in Cape Town 🇿🇦….

This weekend was so so special, His love and presence could be felt everywhere and I am so humbled by the reactions of all the precious and wonderful ladies that attended. I have so much praises that I can share regarding the weekend, but will SG to lead me in sharing. Thank you Cape Town team for the beautiful weekend and how well it was organized.
It was Adina.. Wow beyond description.. by Sunday the love was felt so tangibly. We all got there not knowing each other but left with hearts overflowing with love for each other!! 💟💖💗💝
Atarah dear, thank you so much for sharing this praise. I have heard about this retreat for a while and I was waiting to get some news. So happy for the Cape Town team that He put together this retreat through them and you were all able share His love. I can´t wait to read all the praises coming from this time together.

I’ve been thinking about everyone all weekend. Awaiting the praise reports of the wonderful things you have been able to experience with Him, I am glad you all had such a wonderful time💞
It was beyond what we could imagine, dream or even ask especially the love that flowed between the ladies Kristine. And so much healing took place!!!!!
