  1. Dear Atarah, I agree we have so much to be thankful for.

It for sure brings me closer to my HH when driving to work and I just thank my HH for everything and when I start mentioning the things I realize there are so many to thank my HH for.

Our HH is so very very good to us, it just puts a smile now on my face thinking about it.

    1. So so true Janine, sometimes l have days that just doesn’t start very well or maybe I’m just not feeling so good.. We all human and have those days… but l found that when l start being thankful and naming each thing I’m thankful for 1 by 1 l start feeling joyful. The nice thing about the thankfulness therapy is that you add scriptures to what you thankful for 😀 that’s a double dose!!

  2. Hello Atarah, recently i read this page. Het seems like a great thing to do but when I read the assignment at step 5 I dropped out. Why…..because I didn’t know which “Minister” I should send the information to. I understand that you can also do it alone with your gratitude every morning to Him. Whatever I do, but I and perhaps other women still need that stick behind the door to someone’s involvement as support.

    1. Thanks for sharing this Kristine. I will SG about that step as I would not want anyone to be confused. Perhaps it would be better if it was deleted and the Bride moves on to the next step. Let’s see what He says!

  3. Thank you for sharing this Atarah! It is so true, if we count our blessings every day and be thankful for everything we have and what He is doing in our lives, we focus the positive, rather than the negative, and it lifts us out of negative thinking and feeling sad. Gonna share this on L@L.

  4. Dear Atarah, I agree with you because there are so many things we must be thankful for and sometimes we just forget. Our flesh has a very strong tendency to invade us with our own thoughts and trials and that is when we forget how many times our HH has come to rescue us with his love and mercy. If we put in practice this thankful therapy daily, we will definitely see the wonders to have the Abundant life He died for in order for us to have it.
